How to Book a Delivery?
1. Enter your business details under the pick up information.
2. Enter your consignee (customer) details in the deliver to information.
Ensure that all fields marked mandatory are completed. Also ensure that the information provided are full information;
- Full Name includes First Name, and Surname
- Full Delivery Address includes; House/Light Pole (LP) Number, Street/Avenue/Trace Name, and Area.
Note: fields that are not filled correctly, will be deleted and the entry will need to be redone by the Shipper. This is to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to you and your customer. Our platform is designed to map our couriers with the best mapping and provide you and your customer with tracking capabilities. With inaccurate information, our system will not be able to function at it's full capacity, so incorrect/inaccurate entries will not be accepted.
I have clicked submit form, what next?
1. Once you have submitted your entry, you will be redirected to a next page where you can print your shipping label.
If you can, we appreciate it, as this is an official label with To and From information, and our QR Code. This code will help you track your packages online as well, it would also help the courier collect the packages from you faster.
2. You (the Shipper) will also receive an email for the entry form submitted. This email will also have two options to track your delivery, which you should also share at least one link with your consignee (customer).
What happens next?
1. Our team will be notified that you have made an entry
2. They will check the entry for any errors, and ensure full delivery information is provided. If it isn't the order maybe deleted and the Shipper (you) maybe asked to enter the order again with full details.
3. Our Operations Manager will then liaise with you and your consignee to make arrangements for the pick-up and delivery.
4. Your order will be picked up by one of our couriers.
5. The courier, once en-route to your consignee, will contact them to make all necessary arrangements to meet.
6. After delivery our Accounts Manager will reconcile all your deliveries for that day, minus our fees and make arrangements to have the balance of funds transferred to your designated bank.
